Setup

Quick start
Real, ring-standard structures — tap one to load it, then tweak below. Tabata, HIIT and EMOM are timed interval formats; Pyramid, Burnout and Footwork change what the corner calls.
Structure
Level
Beginner keeps it simple; each level unlocks more and mixes in more defence and body work. How scaling works: Movement mix and Body shots set the ceiling — your Level scales it down, so Beginner stays sparse and Advanced fills it in. Build up ramps beginner→advanced across the rounds (per stance when alternating), layering defence then counters onto the same combos as it climbs — e.g. round 1 calls 1-2-3, later rounds 1-2-3 slip, then 1-2-3 slip 2.
Call stance each round
Alternate starts with
Alternate flips orthodox/southpaw each round, starting from the stance you pick above. The stance is shown and called at the start of every round. Tap the badge on the main screen to flip it mid-session.

Call style
How punches are spoken. Numbers: "one, two". Names: "jab, cross". Both: "one jab, two cross", and body shots are always called by name ("body hook").
Combo pace
Movement mix
Sets the ceiling for defence woven between punches: slips, rolls, steps, pivots. Your Level scales it down — see How scaling works under Level. Pick which moves are in play under Combos → Movement.
Body shots
Sets the ceiling for body shots (1b, 2b jab/cross to body, and 3b, 4b body hooks) mixed into freestyle combos. Your Level scales it down — see How scaling works under Level. Named body combos live in Combos → Body.
Tick the combos you want in the pool. The caller picks from ticked ones at random. Add your own at the bottom.
Build a combo
Tap punches and movement below to build a multi-phase combo.
Punches
Movement · your ticked calls
1 jab, 2 cross, 3 lead hook, 4 rear hook, 5/6 uppercuts. Body shots use a b: 1b/2b to the body, 3b/4b body hooks. Drop a slip or roll mid-combo to make it multi-phase, e.g. 1 2 · slip right · 3 2. Build directions as orthodox — left/right flip automatically on southpaw rounds.
Movement
Slips, rolls, steps, pivots and guard work. Ticked ones get woven between your punches, with the punch each slip loads. Directions are shown orthodox and flip automatically on southpaw rounds.
Share combos
Send just your own combos to a training partner as a .combo file, or pull theirs in. Importing adds to your list — it won’t touch your settings or wipe what you’ve already built.
Your record
Voice speed1.25×
How fast the coach talks. The next combo isn't called until you've had time to finish the current one, and longer combos wait longer before the next call.
Coach voice
If it’s silent: flip the phone’s mute switch off, volume up. iOS only speaks after you tap Start.
10-second clapper
A wooden clapper rattles in the last 10 seconds of rest — the ringside ten-second warning before the bell. The bell itself rings to start and end every round.

Everything lives on this device. Back up to save your settings, custom combos and movement to a .coach file you can keep or carry to another phone. Restoring replaces what’s currently here.
